In the late hours of a Monday night in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of 18-year-old Durelle Moxley Jr. was tragically cut short. On September 30, 2024, the young man, a student at Waggener High School, was found in the Park Hill neighborhood suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
