In the summer of 2020, Brian Keith Cardwell, a 34-year-old man, was found deceased in the Portland neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky. On the afternoon of Saturday, August 1, police were called to a residence on North 17th Street, where they discovered Cardwell's body.
