Edward Richard Budd, 47, male, was shot on the evening of December 19, 2017, on the 3600 block of Starbright Lane in west Las Vegas, near El Capitan Way and Spring Mountain Road. Officers called to the scene found two men who had each been struck multiple times; both were rushed to University Medical Center, where Budd died of his wounds. The Clark County coroner identified him the following day, confirming his age and residence in Las Vegas.
