Joseph Ramone Parker, a 30-year-old resident of Versailles, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on December 18, 2014, in Lexington. Parker, who had previously worked in lawn care, was the son of Suzette Parker Lagree and John A. Caldwell. His death was a result of a shooting incident that occurred at the Augusta Arms Apartments in Lexington.
