Cristian Garcia-Rodriguez, a 24-year-old resident of Hyattsville, MD, was tragically shot and killed on November 1, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:50 a.m., in the 6700 block of 20th Avenue in Lewisdale, a neighborhood within Hyattsville. Police responded to a report of a shooting and found Garcia-Rodriguez suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
