On a Tuesday afternoon, March 9, 2021, the life of 39-year-old Jerome Micos Dozier of Laurel, Maryland, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter inside a business in the 7300 block of Landover Road. At approximately 3:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting and discovered Dozier suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
