In the summer of 2022, the life of 38-year-old Kadage Albert Byishimo was tragically cut short by an act of gun violence in Lexington, Kentucky. On July 20th, police responded to a call from an apartment on Quinton Court. Inside, they discovered Byishimo suffering from a gunshot wound.
