On a Thursday afternoon in Lexington, Kentucky, the life of 51-year-old Raymond Bernard Brooks, a male, was cut short in an act of violence. The incident unfolded around noon on September 22, 2022, at an apartment complex located in the 1700 block of Jennifer Road. First responders arrived at the scene to find Brooks with life-threatening injuries from a shooting. He was quickly transported to a local hospital for medical attention.
