On a Thursday afternoon in Lexington, Kentucky, the life of 51-year-old Raymond Bernard Brooks, a male, was cut short in an act of violence. The incident unfolded around noon on September 22, 2022, at an apartment complex located in the 1700 block of Jennifer Road.
