Thomas McKinney Jr., a 26-year-old male, was fatally shot in the head on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, in Louisville, Kentucky. The incident occurred in the early morning hours inside an apartment located on South Ewing Avenue in the city's Clifton neighborhood.
