Thomas Warren Hafley, an 18-year-old male, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2015, in Lexington, Kentucky. Known affectionately as Tom, he was a senior at Tates Creek High School and had been living with depression for a long time. His death was ultimately ruled a suicide.
