Hugh Arthur Bowling Jr., a 29-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on November 25, 2015, in Louisville, Kentucky. The incident occurred in the 1400 block of Southern Heights Avenue, in the Wyandotte neighborhood. This area had been experiencing a notable increase in violent crime during that year.
