Andrew Tyler Ragland

In the early hours of February 8, 2020, the life of 22-year-old Andrew Tyler Ragland, a White/Caucasian male, was cut short in the Pleasure Ridge Park neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky. Shortly after 1 a.m., in the 2400 block of Marguerite Drive, a physical altercation preceded a fatal shooting. When Louisville Metro Police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Ragland with a gunshot wound to his torso. He was rushed to the University of Louisville Hospital for medical attention.
