On a tragic day in Louisville, Kentucky, 43-year-old Elizabeth Draper’s life was cut short in a brutal act of violence. On February 13, 2016, she, along with her boyfriend, William Neal, 35, and their acquaintance, Douglas Weber, 36, were found shot to death inside a home on Wheeler Avenue. The female victim, Elizabeth, was a nurse, remembered by loved ones for her constant smile and loving nature.
