In the quiet town of Booneville, Kentucky, a tragedy unfolded that shattered a family and the community's sense of peace. Ada Pearl McQuinn, a 66-year-old Caucasian woman, and her husband, Robert McQuinn, aged 70, were found deceased in their home on Wilson Lane on May 6, 2016. The couple had been fatally shot. Ada, who had previously suffered a stroke and had limited mobility, and her husband had moved to Booneville from Indianapolis nine years prior, seeking a quieter life.
