Carolyn Page Karsner Barker, a long-time resident of Frankfort, Kentucky, passed away on June 17, 2016, at the age of 88. Born on September 2, 1927, in Franklin County, she was the daughter of George R. Karsner, Sr., and Lillian Calvert Karsner. Carolyn was a retired employee of the Kentucky Supreme Court Clerk’s Office and was actively involved in her community, being a member of Highland Christian Church, The Order of Eastern Star Hiram Lodge #93, and the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post #4075.
