Billy Roark, a 27-year-old resident of Beattyville, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2016. His death was the result of a fatal shooting incident that occurred in Lee County. The Kentucky State Police (KSP) initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death and discovered that Roark, along with another individual named James R. Brown, had been fatally shot in separate incidents on the same night. Roark's body was found on the morning of August 5, 2016.
