In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Lexington, Kentucky, on October 16, 2016, the life of 27-year-old James Augustus Blair was tragically cut short. A male, Blair was fatally wounded in a shooting that occurred in the downtown area of the city. The incident unfolded around 2 a.m. near a parking garage on East Main Street.
