In the quiet community of Deane, Kentucky, a tragedy unfolded in the early morning hours of January 7, 2017, ending the life of 23-year-old Tiffany Michelle Hatton. A white female, Tiffany was discovered outside the home she shared with her partner, 27-year-old Mark Anthony Mullins, on Apple Tree Branch.
