In the Russell neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, a gathering of teenagers on a Saturday evening turned tragic, ending the life of 16-year-old Shavon Ross. On that fateful day, police responded to a call around 6:30 p.m. and found Ross behind a home in the 600 block of S. 24th Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
