In the spring of 2017, the Parkland neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, was the scene of a tragedy that would leave a family heartbroken and a community searching for answers. On the evening of April 8th, 38-year-old Damion 'Snoop' Morton, a Black male, was driving his vehicle in the 1300 block of Cypress Street when the sound of gunfire pierced the night.
