Do you know who murdered Kelly Simms? In the early hours of a Saturday morning in West Louisville, the life of 23-year-old Kelly Simms was tragically cut short. On September 29, 2012, police responded to a call reporting a shooting in the 700 block of South 35th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Simms in front of a house, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds. The Jefferson County coroner pronounced him dead at the scene shortly after 1 a.m. Kelly Simms was a Black male.
