In the warm early morning hours of August 5, 2017, in Lexington, Kentucky, a life was cut tragically short. Sean Thomas Howard, a 19-year-old male, was fatally wounded by a gunshot while seated in a car. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Mist Lake Plaza, located at the intersection of Richmond Road and South Locust Hill Drive.
