In the late hours of a Sunday night in Louisville, Kentucky, a discovery was made that would leave a family grieving and a community with unanswered questions. Just before midnight on November 19, 2017, authorities responded to a call in the Portland neighborhood and found a man lying on North 18th Street with a gunshot wound to his torso.
