In the Shelby Park neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, a 17-year-old Black male named RobVieon D'Sean Evans was found shot to death inside a vacant home in the 700 block of Camp Street. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office confirmed that Evans died from a gunshot wound on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 28, 2017.
Known affectionately as 'Robbie' to his friends and family, he was remembered as a funny, sweet, and outgoing young man who attended both Liberty and Doss High Schools and
was employed at an Arby's restaurant. His death left a profound void in the lives of his loved ones.
The Louisville Metro Police Department's Homicide Unit is handling the ongoing investigation into his murder. Despite their efforts, no arrests have been made in the case, and authorities have not publicly identified any suspects. The case remains unsolved, and the investigation is continuing.
