In the late spring of 2012, the life of Richard 'Lydell' Tinsley, a 41-year-old African-American male, was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. On May 25th, a neighbor made a grim discovery in an apartment situated near 6th and Breckinridge Street. Inside, authorities found the bodies of Tinsley and another man, 29-year-old David Horton. It was apparent to the deputy coroner that they had been deceased for several days before being found.
