In the quiet town of Irvine, Kentucky, a deeply unsettling discovery was made on Saturday, February 17, 2018, forever altering the community's sense of peace. Charles Thomas “Tommy” Williams, a 71-year-old male, was found deceased in his home on Hood Avenue alongside his wife, Barbara Kate Williams, who was 69. The couple, well-known and respected within their community, had lived in Estill County for most of their lives.
