In the small community of Irvine, Kentucky, a tragic incident cut short the life of 14-year-old Jett LaRalston Lee Ballard on Friday, July 12, 2024. The young man, a resident of nearby Berea, was visiting friends in Estill County when the fatal event unfolded outside a home on Clark Road.
