In the quiet community of Irvine, Kentucky, a family was irrevocably fractured by violence on April 24, 2018. On that Tuesday, just before 11:00 a.m., Travis Edward Tipton, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot at his residence on Pryse Road. The young man, who had spent most of his life in Estill County and was a member of the South Irvine Christian Church, was pronounced deceased at the scene by the county coroner from an apparent gunshot wound.
