Terri Rayburn, a 28-year-old woman, went missing on April 28, 1996, in Long Beach, California. She was last seen leaving the Blues Café located on the Promenade in downtown Long Beach. At the time of her disappearance, Terri was described as a Caucasian female, standing between 5 feet 2 inches and 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighing approximately 120 to 130 pounds.
