Angela Elesse Parker, a 29-year-old woman from Henderson, Kentucky, was fatally shot on the night of Monday, February 26, 2018. The incident that led to her death unfolded at an apartment complex on the 800 block of North Green Street. Parker was reportedly at the apartment of a friend when an altercation broke out.
