In the early evening of Saturday, March 24, 2018, a sense of unease settled over a residential area in Louisville, Kentucky. Just after 8 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the night in the 4400 block of Tara Gale Court, prompting calls to emergency services. When Louisville Metro Police officers arrived at the scene, they found a young man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was identified as 19-year-old Terrance A. Brasher Jr.
