In the fall of 2018, the life of Brittney Niecol Silvers, a 27-year-old female U.S. Army Specialist stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, was tragically cut short. On the evening of October 14, 2018, Brittney was fatally shot at her on-post residence. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, she was an automated logistical specialist who had served in the military since 2011.
