At 32 years old, Juan was a familiar face at the ranch, going about his daily duties and living on the property. His physical appearance was described as a Hispanic male, standing between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a weight ranging from 187 to 198 pounds.
He had black hair and black eyes, with a distinguishing scar on his right arm. His life, however, took an unforeseen and alarming turn in the winter of 2007, leaving his friends and colleagues with unanswered questions.
On what seemed to be an ordinary day, January 1, 2007, Juan informed his boss that he was heading out to run some errands. This simple statement was the last known communication anyone had with him. He left the ranch taking only his wallet, a detail that suggests he intended to return shortly. All of his other personal belongings remained at his residence on the ranch, silent witnesses to a departure that was meant to be temporary. But Juan Parra Dimas never came back. His sudden and unexplained absence created a void, and the errands he set out to run became the final known chapter of his life.
