In December of 2018, concern began to mount for 27-year-old Mandy Lemay, a female resident of Oil Springs, Kentucky, when her family had not heard from her for a significant period. The family's worry intensified after she was absent from Thanksgiving celebrations in late November. Her brother, growing increasingly alarmed, decided to contact law enforcement on December 17th to report her missing.
