In the spring of 2016, the life of 35-year-old Alisha G. Tye was tragically cut short in Manchester, Kentucky. A mother of three daughters, Alisha was expecting another child when the devastating events unfolded. She was born on October 29, 1980, and had roots in Salem, Indiana, before her life in Kentucky.
