In the spring of 2016, the life of 42-year-old Jennifer Cain was tragically cut short in her Louisville, Kentucky home. On the evening of Friday, May 13, authorities responded to a call of a shooting in the Shelby Park neighborhood. Inside a residence on South Shelby Street, they discovered Jennifer, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene. A man was also found inside the home with life-threatening gunshot wounds and was rushed to the hospital.
