On her 28th birthday, July 9, 2021, Chelsea Lynn Lynch was tragically shot and killed in Louisville, Kentucky. A mother of four, her death marked the 105th homicide in the city for that year. Her children, who were between the ages of 6 and 13 at the time, were left in the care of their fathers.
