In the late summer of 2012, the life of a young Phoenix woman was tragically cut short, leaving a family to grieve and a community with unanswered questions. Twenty-one-year-old Jessica Vidal, a Caucasian female, was found deceased in an alley near 38th Lane and Monte Vista on the morning of Sunday, September 16, 2012.
