In December of 2005, Tina Marie Washington, a 39-year-old female preschool teacher, was making her way home after a Christmas party. As she waited at a bus stop, her life was tragically cut short. Her body was later discovered in an alley on December 12, 2005, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound to the head. A witness reported seeing a man with a gun drawn, standing over her body behind a fast-food restaurant.
