On December 12, 2005, at approximately 6:55 p.m., 39-year-old Tina Marie Washington was tragically murdered in Phoenix, Arizona. Employed at a local preschool, she was on her way home when the incident occurred near 6005 S. 40th Street. A witness reported seeing a man standing over her with a gun behind a fast-food restaurant; she had been fatally shot in the head.
