On March 13, 2016, a tragic incident occurred in West Phoenix, Arizona, resulting in the deaths of 33-year-old Jessica Rubacalba and her husband, 43-year-old Adan Chavez. According to police reports, Adan Chavez shot Jessica Rubacalba before turning the gun on himself.
