In the quiet city of Bowling Green, Kentucky, the life of 33-year-old Dominique J. Todd, a Black male, was cut short on the night of December 6, 2019. Todd was inside his pickup truck on Audley Court when he was fatally shot multiple times. The incident, which occurred around 10 p.m., prompted an immediate homicide investigation by the Bowling Green Police Department.
