In the late afternoon of June 8, 2020, a sense of unease settled over the rural community of Roundhill, Kentucky. On the quiet stretch of Sleepy Hollow Road, the body of 33-year-old Ricky Daniel Watkins, a White male from Franklin, Kentucky, was discovered.
