BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - Birmingham police are investigating a homicide after a man was fatally shot on Friday night.
The victim has been identified as Ronald Ray Cook, 45.
Police said he was shot at a home in the 600 block of Lisa Lane around 7:45 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12. One of Cook's relatives found him suffering from a gunshot wound and called for help.
Cook was transported to UAB Hospital where he later died.
