A road rage incident on a Kentucky highway escalated to a fatal shooting, ending the life of 63-year-old Daniel Shouse of Carrollton. The confrontation began on Interstate 71 and continued after both vehicles involved exited onto KY 389 in Carroll County on the evening of June 8, 2024.
