In the summer of 2020, on the first day of July, tragedy struck in Bowling Green, Kentucky, claiming the life of 24-year-old Mark Anthony Dice Jr., a Black / African American male. The evening turned fatal at the Mobile Terrace Mobile Home Park on Nashville Road, where Dice Jr. was discovered with a gunshot wound to his chest. Another young man, 20-year-old Latravion Briggs, was also found deceased at the scene, having sustained a gunshot wound to the head. Both men were located outside a reside ...
