In the late hours of a summer night in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, a young man's life was tragically cut short. Kelvin Garrett, a 23-year-old male, was found with gunshot wounds on Forest Park Court on July 12, 2020. Emergency services were called to the scene around 11 p.m., and Garrett was quickly transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
