In the summer of 2020, on the evening of July 31st, the life of 25-year-old Tyus O. Sublett was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. A Black male, Sublett was discovered inside a vehicle in an alleyway in the 1000 block of Dr. W.J. Hodge Street in the California neighborhood. The call reporting a shooting came in at approximately 6:30 p.m. When officers from the Louisville Metro Police Department arrived at the scene, they found Sublett and another individual, 21-year-old Peyton Armstea ...
