In the early hours of a Saturday morning in Louisville, Kentucky, a dispute escalated into a fatal encounter that ended the life of 24-year-old Ronnie Ramone Reed Jr. On December 10, 2016, just before 1 a.m., police responded to a call in the 6100 block of Guardian Court.
