In the early morning hours of November 28, 2020, the life of 35-year-old Carlos Contreras Martinez, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. His body was discovered inside a car on Mid Dale Lane, in the vicinity of Klondike Lane. Responding to a call around 5 a.m., officers from the Louisville Metro Police Department arrived at the scene to find Martinez deceased.
