In the early morning hours of November 28, 2020, the life of 35-year-old Carlos Contreras Martinez, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. His body was discovered inside a car on Mid Dale Lane, in the vicinity of Klondike Lane.
