In the early morning hours of December 22, 2020, a shooting in the Parkland neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, claimed the life of 20-year-old Paul Rowan. Police responded to reports of the shooting in the 3000 block of Grand Avenue at approximately 5:15 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Rowan, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
